Edible BC TM is currently comprised of two divisions including a retail division that has a flagship store in BC’s foodie mecca, Granville Island Public Market, operated by Eric’s business partner, Cecilia Leong, with more than 750 unique artisan food products produced in BC and a huge gift basket line up for locals and visitors alike.  EBC also has a tour & events division that focuses on creative ways to experience the province’s abundant culinary treasures like Chef for a Day, Cooking with BC’s Best, Gourmet Kayaking, Chef Guided Market Tours, Audi Culinary Weekends, Farm to Fork Dinners and much, much more.

Edible Canada TM will combine all of these successful elements and add even more depending on what each unique city and partner brings to the company.
