Private Events at Edible Canada at the Market
Enjoy the best of Edible Canada in your own private dining room - one unlike any other in the province. In the heart of Granville Island, our unique and contemporary glass-walled space contains a state - of - the - art demonstration kitchen, full audio visual capabilities and long fir tables. Our culinary team will custom create a multicourse, seasonal menu for you and our sommelier will pair local wines and spirits to accompany the dishes. Your chef will discuss and create each course prior to service, tailoring the interaction to your needs.
The private space is available for seated groups up to 24 and standing receptions can be accommodated for groups up to 35. Complete bistro buyouts are possible, accommodating up to 75 people for a seated meal, or 100 people for a standing reception. Private Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner events are available, and we're happy to coordinate Granville Island Market Tours for your guest before your meal. If you’d like to set the scene, we can recommend a local jazz trio to serenade your guests, and our retail manager can work with you to create local favours, gift baskets or take away mementos – all locally produced. Events include a 10% discount on any artisan retail purchases or future Edible Canada tours booked that evening.
