Since the beginning, one of the most popular sections of our Amuse Bouche blog has always been the Recipes. We're constantly being asked for tasty recipes utilizing BC's local ingredients. So we've decided to share our vast collection and make it easy for you to access the information you need .

Over the years, EBC president and Chef Eric Pateman has created hundreds of locally based recipes, based on his travels across BC and his familiarity with our province's foodstuffs. In addition, we've had the honour of welcoming dozens of chefs to our BC's Best Market Dinners over the past four years, and have catalogued recipes from all of them as well. That amounts to thousands of local recipes in our collection!
